Shipping and Return Policies

  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, most orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM will begin processing the following day. Note: Delivery may be slowed during holiday periods and weekends. 
  • Domestic and international shipping options. We currently ship only to the U.S. We are exploring options for international orders, so stay tuned.
  • Shipping costs. Our products are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. Shipping costs are based on United States Postal Service retail rates or UPS retail rates, depending on which service is used. Rates will be calculated on the entire order. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more using our standard shipping methods.
  • Sales Taxes. Sales tax is collected for items purchased by residents of New York and Florida.
  • Returns, changes and cancellations. We accept returns on our sterling silver jewelry items only, with a 10% restocking fee + all shipping charges. Desk ornaments, paper goods, and apparel are not eligible for returns. A return of sterling silver jewelry must be in pristine condition or will not be accepted. The buyer has 10 days from the date of shipping to contact the seller regarding their return request.
  • Lost or Damaged Merchandise. Insurance is available when you select Priority Mail as your shipping method, or when UPS is selected. Customer must document any damage via photographs, as part of the claim filing. Any damaged or lost items will be replaced or refunded, at the seller’s discretion. All jewelry and desk ornaments must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS, with tracking information and insurance for the full amount. If insurance is not selected for the full replacement value, we will not be able to refund more than what is insured.
  • Processing of Returns and Lost Items. Exquisite Eons may take up to thirty-days to process a return, or a lost or damaged item.
